During the initial meet & greet, you will have the chance to give your carer a spare set of your keys. Please make sure that keys work before handing them over. The carer will also test the keys during this meeting.
All keys will be kept secure and away from any identifying information. In the event that your key is lost or stolen, we will notify you immediately and steps will be taken to resolve the issue.
Yes. All of our carers will have a valid DBS check.
Yes. We are covered for the services that we provide.
Our carer will come to your home and pick up your dog. They will take them for a walk locally and then drop your dog off back at home.
Each carer is limited to a maximum of 4 dogs for each group walk.
In the event of an emergency, the carer will contact the owner at the number provided to confirm the owner’s choice of action. If the Owner cannot be reached, then the carer is authorised to: - transport the dog(s) to the listed veterinarian - request on-site treatment from a veterinarian - transport the dog(s) to an emergency clinic if the previous two options are not feasible.

- UK Mainland delivery between 1-5 working days. For warehouse shipments outside UK Mainland, delivery will take between 4-8 days. Please refer to each individual product listing for more specific information.
- We also offer next day delivery services to customers in UK Mainland (additional costs may apply). This only applies to orders placed between Monday and Friday and before 12pm, with orders placed on weekends being dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
For large and heavy items the delivery courier requires a ‘pre-delivery notice’ which means you need to give a valid contact number on your order so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time. Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble it for you.
Dispatching orders daily between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience but hold no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that might occur.
For all non-electrical products, we offer a six month warranty, whereas all electrical items come with a one year warranty, all starting from the date of the delivery. In each case, our warranty means that we promise that on delivery until the end of the warranty period, the goods will be free from defects caused by the manufacturer.
NB The warranty does not affect any consumer legal rights relating to faulty goods. You can get advice about your legal rights from your local Trading Standards office or Citizens' Advice Bureau.
The warranty only applies if:
you have complied with any inspection/notice obligations on delivery (if you aren’t a consumer);
you tell us by email within 14 days of the time when you discover the defect;
and you give us a reasonable opportunity after receiving your email to examine the goods and (if we ask) you send the relevant goods at your expense to the address we give you so we can check them.
The warranty doesn’t apply:
if you make use of the goods in a commercial or business setting;
if you make any further use of the goods after giving us notice;
if the defect arises because you failed to follow the instructions or appropriate procedures as to the storage, installation, use or maintenance of the goods or from fair wear and tear or from deliberate damage, accidents or negligence;
if you haven’t paid the total price for the goods by the due date for payment;
or you have altered or repaired the goods without our written consent.
Subject to what we say above, if the warranty applies, we will at our option repair or replace the goods.
You have up to 30 days from delivery to returns any goods.

We will get back to you with further instructions on how to return the goods or rectify your issue.
You send the product back to us.
Once we’ve received the goods and ensure all is in order, a process will be processed within 14 days.
